By accessing and using the Azirrague website, as well as by making purchases, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use , committing to fully comply with them.
Proper Use of the Site
The client agrees to use the Azirrague website and services in an ethical and responsible manner, and in accordance with applicable law.
Misuse of the site is expressly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Azirrague may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms of Use or exhibit suspicious activity, without prior notice.
Account Information
The customer is responsible for:

All activities performed on the customer's account will be considered their sole responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Azirrague website, including texts, images, illustrations, photographs, logos, trademarks, symbols, design and other materials, is the exclusive property of Azirrague or its licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other form of use of the content is prohibited without prior express authorization.
International Purchases
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the prices of products sold by Azirrague.
In international purchases, according to current Brazilian legislation, additional taxes may be charged at the time of customs clearance.

Tax Collection
There is no minimum value for import taxes to be levied by the Federal Revenue Service.
If the customer receives a payment notification, it will be necessary to make the payment directly on the Correios website, using the tracking code available in the “Orders” section of the Azirrague website (codes starting with “LV”, “NL”, “LB” or “NX”).
How to Pay or Refuse the Fee

Visit the Brazilian Postal Service website: https://www.correios.com.br/

Enter the "My Imports" section.

Select the purchase by tracking number.

Choose between making the payment or refusing the item.
Consequences of the Decision
If the fee is paid:

The warranty period will be resumed;

The shipment will proceed as normal.
If the fee payment is refused:

The order will be returned;
-
The refund will be processed automatically;
-
The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
Important
⚠️ It is the customer's responsibility to check their state's legislation regarding the possible application of ICMS (a Brazilian sales tax) on international purchases. For more information, consult the Federal Revenue Service website.
The package will remain available for pickup for up to 30 days , starting from the date provided by the postal service.
