Refund Policy

Azirrague values ​​transparency, respect for the customer, and a conscious shopping experience. This Refund Policy establishes the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds, in accordance with current legislation.


Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90) , the customer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 7 (seven) consecutive days , starting from the date of receipt of the product.

To exercise this right:

  • The product must be unused , show no signs of washing , be in perfect condition , and have all tags intact .

  • The customer must contact Azirrague through official customer service channels within the legal timeframe.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following situations:

  • repentance within the legal timeframe;

  • Product with manufacturing defect;

  • Error in product shipment (model, size or print different from the order).

Product returns will not be accepted:

  • Used, washed, or damaged through misuse;

  • without tags or outside the original packaging;

  • with signs of wear after use.


Return Procedure

After the return request and approval:

  • The customer will receive detailed instructions for shipping the product;

  • The product will undergo a quality analysis upon arrival at Azirrague.

The review period is up to 7 (seven) business days after receipt.


Reimbursement

After the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  • The refund processing time may vary depending on the card issuer or financial institution.

For purchases made by credit card, the amount may be refunded in up to 2 (two) subsequent billing cycles , according to the rules of the card issuer.


Exchanges

If the customer chooses to exchange the item:

  • You will be offered a credit voucher or a replacement with another product available in stock;

  • Any differences in value will be adjusted.


International Purchases

For international purchases:

  • Taxes, customs duties and import duties are non-refundable ;

  • If the customer refuses to pay customs fees and the order is returned to sender, the refund will only be processed for the value of the product , less operational and logistical costs.

Azirrague is not responsible for delays, retentions, or charges resulting from customs procedures.


Freight

  • In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, Azirrague will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In cases of buyer's remorse, the shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, as stipulated by law.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment .
After shipment, the return rules described in this policy apply.
